IS SPECTOR'S PRICING FAIR? So many products, so many prices. Am I getting a good deal? At Spector Furniture we don't feel you should pay any more for the same product from someone else as you do through us, as long as the services offered are comparable. As we carry a better quality of goods than many products on the market, there are sometimes similar products or "knockoffs" being advertised at lower prices. Buyer beware. Always compare apples to apples. Hidden costs, such as added delivery fees, no warranty coverage, are a common deception. Spectors will meet or beat the pricing of any in state authorized dealer's advertised price based on the same services/conditions that we offer. How do I pay?

Spector Furniture accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards, as well as personal checks with a valid I.D. We also offer a unique, in-house financing option!

Do you offer financing?

For over 128 years Spector Furniture has been keeping it simple! A 30%-50% deposit is required on all orders and the balance can be paid in 3 equal installments from delivery date (good credit required), or the balance can be paid prior to delivery.

That's right: 90 DAYS TO PAY -- NO INTEREST from your delivery date. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and debit cards, as well as personal checks with a valid I.D. For security reasons, we do not hold credit card information on your account. Please be sure to provide your card numbers for each payment. We will not automatically bill your credit card.

What about Lay-a-way?

Layaway is also an option at Spector Furniture. Please see store for details, but please be aware we do not save credit card information on your account. When you are ready to make a payment, please have your credit card information ready each time.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

At Spector Furniture we try to make receiving your new furniture as smooth and stressless as can be! To do so, pleases let us know if you have any special requests such as needing your furniture delivered through a window, second floor, etc. While our delivery crew is well experienced, it is still the customer's responsibility to be sure delivery entryways are suitable to accommodate the furniture that they purchase, and walkways are free and clear of ice and snow.

Does Spector Furniture offer free delivery?

Yes, within a 20 mile radius with the exception of our clearance items. If you are over 20 miles there may be a delivery fee between $100-200. Please enter your zipcode as you checkout (it'll do the math!) or give us a call at 203-734-2525 for details!

Do you deliver out of state?

We are willing to deliver out of state for a nominal fee. If you are interested, please give us a call or select your furniture and "Request Quote" with your address and we'll get back to you!

Who delivers your furniture?

Here at Spector Furniture we have our own in-house delivery crew! We never use 3rd party companies. This way we can guarantee the quality of your furniture from our door to yours! We also offer greater flexibility when scheduling your furniture delivery that competitors just can't match!

I heard you will setup my furniture for free?

Yes we do! Our delivery crew will place your furniture where you would like it with all furniture components in place. We do not deliver in boxes or cartons. Every item is matched to your order, inspected for damages, and carefully wrapped in moving blankets

What if I need my old furniture removed?

If Spector's is delivering your new furniture, we are happy to remove the old for a flat, easy fee! Save your back and let us handle the heavy load!

Do you install electronics like tv's or sound systems?

Sorry, but we don't install your personal electronics/televisions in any of our units as we cannot take the liability on them.

How will my delivery be scheduled?

Delivery scheduling is designed to accommodate your schedule as best possible. Core delivery dates are designated for Tuesdays (9-5) Thursdays (9-8:30). We reserve Mondays (9-5) and Wednesdays (9-12) for light deliveries. Upon request, we may be able to accommodate alternate delivery times, with advanced notice. Our men do their best to be at your home within a pre-arranged two hour delivery window. Our men are in constant communication with us via cell phones and whenever possible you will be notified of any delays. Our men will call when on their way. We would be happy to accommodate you with a 30min. pre-delivery notification, upon request, if you are not home and wish to meet us.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

At Spector Furniture our sales team will spend a lot of time and effort to be sure that the products you have ordered fit your needs. We do understand that certain circumstances require adjustments and/or cancellations. Please refer to the following situation that may apply for clarification. Any cancellation or refund will depend partly on the type of item that was purchased.

Can I cancel a special order?

Unfortunately manufacturers will not allow any changes or cancellations after a certain point in the ordering process. Under no circumstance will the manufacturer restock any merchandise. Timely cancellations that are met prior to this "cutoff" time will be refunded in full. All cancelled orders after the "cutoff" date will be subject to restocking fees (up to 40%), handling and transportation fees.

I purchased a "stock item" - can it be returned?

A "stock item" is an item either in stock, on the showroom floor or in our warehouse. Delivered stock items may be exchanged or cancelled within 7 days from purchase date. A pickup/delivery fee may apply. Returns may be denied, or charges incurred if the furniture is returned in a different condition than was delivered (i.e., scratches, smoke ...).

Can I return bedding?

Bedding cannot be returned.

What is a "take with" item and can I return it?

A "take with" item is an accent piece used to decorate such as a lamp, picture, small accent table, etc. These items can be returned within 5 business days with no costs incurred as long as the item(s) are returned in the same condition as when taken. Deposits are required.

YOUR PRIVACY

Spector Furniture will not, under any condition, provide your personal information to any marketing companies or solicitors. Your account information including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and purchase histories are kept in house and will be used solely for our own marketing events and billing purposes.
