The largest dining table Kincaid offers is the Carusso. It measures 88 inches without leaves and can reach a maximum extension of 128 inches with the two included leaves installed. The design is inspired by old world European architectural elements and is well suited for larger, traditional and dining spaces in either casual or more formal personalities. It also features our Kinguard performance finish for added protection against common spills and is made of solid alder wood to last for generations. Made of solid alder and select hardwoods, Portolone blends timeless styles from the wine regions of Italy.
All spills should be wiped as soon as possible, including food or beverage residue. We recommend a microfiber cloth dampened with one tablespoon of distilled vinegar to one quart of distilled water. Wipe in direction of the grain. Use clean, soft cloth to dry. Avoid the use of oily polishes or waxes.
To prevent color change, avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time or rotate often for even exposure. To avoid cracking, do not expose to extreme humidity or temperature. Do not place extremely hot or cold drinks directly on the finish. Avoid the use of rubber, vinyl and plastics such as placemats and lamp pads, which may deteriorate finish. We recommend using cloth-backed items for these purposes.
